LATAM is making moves! In the first half of 2025, investment from Latin America (LATAM) hit USD 13.5 million, with Q2 alone bringing in USD 8.2 million. That’s a solid 54% jump from Q1!

Top priorities? Still going strong with housing, industry, and office buildings, pulling in USD 6.3 million in Semester I, and USD 3.7 million of that just in Q2. When it comes to favorite spots, Bali continues to reign supreme (USD 9.2M in Semester I, USD 5.3M in Q2), followed by West Nusa Tenggara (USD 2.0M in Semester I, USD 1.1M in Q2). Investors clearly know where the paradise is!

Meanwhile, Brazil is still the MVP, contributing a hefty 43% of total LATAM investment from 2021 through June 2025. That’s around USD 29.9 million!
