The Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) sector in the third quarter of 2023 has witnessed substantial growth, with a notable increase of IDR 196.2 trillion, representing a significant 5.3% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) improvement over the preceding quarter.
The United States has solidified its position within the Top 5 contributing countries, with investments totaling USD 2.5 billion from Q1 to Q3 of 2023.
The metal and equipment industries have continued to play a pivotal role, attracting USD 3.3 billion in investments during the period from January to September 2023.
