Corporate income #tax (CIT) will be reduced from 25% to 22% for 2020 & 2021, then to 20% starting 2022. Indonesian government will further cut CIT by 3% to 19% in 2020 & 2021, then to 17% in 2022 for public companies with at least 40% shares traded in the stock market.
The stipulations are covered in Government Regulation in lieu of law (Perppu) No. 1/2020 signed last week by President Jokowi as part of the efforts to manage #COVID19 impacts in #Indonesia.
